Ice time and schedules:

The Rusty Blades are offering their Monday 8:45pm ice time. The ROTHC will contribute Tuesday at 8:44pm

There are some scheduling conflict with the teams that need to be worked out. It may require an unbalanced schedule of some sort.

Rosters:

As a division of the ROTHC, the objective is to provide a play to play for aging players. The goal is to create an over 65 division, but because some interested players are not yet of age, it may take some time to grandfather in younger players. Conversely, some of the Rusty Blades are well aged, so there may be a question of parity.

Rules and Procedure:

While we are likely to be governed by ROTHC rules and otherwise referenced to Hockey Canada Rules, we may require some special rules.

Officiating:

As a division of the ROTHC, we would naturally incorporate the official’s schedule into our division. However, a philosophical discussion of the nature of our brave new division may cause us to review that plan.

League Fees:

Calculated by games played, divided by teams participating, plus contingency. Teams will share to cost of playing referees per games as needed.
